St. John Fitness is a 24-hour gym located upstairs at Palm Plaza, across from St. John Market and just before the Westin on the right side driving over Jacob’s Ladder. The gym features Life Fitness weight machines, a Smith machine, cable system, half rack, and full set of dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, straps, and balls. Cardio options include treadmills, ellipticals, air bikes, and a rower. To join, scan the QR code on the door and text 340-690-2540 for the waiver and payment link. Once complete, you’ll receive a personal door code. The gym is unstaffed and monitored by cameras.
