Celebrate all things coconut — from food to crafts — during the 7th annual Crucian Coconut Festival, hosted by St. Croix Farmers in Action. The weekend kicks off with a VIP cocktail reception and art exhibit opening at 7 p.m. on Friday evening. The festival itself begins on Saturday at the Bethlehem Sugar Factory Site with live entertainment, carnival rides and coconut demonstrations. Be sure to catch the race to see who can scoop out the most jelly from a coconut. Plus, sample tasty food and drinks during the Taste of Coconut competition on Sunday.
