We realize the importance of providing support to all of our travel agent partners. The U.S. Virgin Islands Department of Tourism empowers travel agents with the tools they need to effectively sell America’s Caribbean with our Travel Agent Specialist Program through TravPRO Mobile.
The five-part online program provides a comprehensive overview of the unique vacation experiences in St. Croix, St. John and St. Thomas, in addition to accommodations, attractions, dining, entertainment, shopping and special events. The training also focuses on special interests, including meetings and incentives, diving, weddings, honeymoons and cruises.

Upon completion of the training program, agents become USVI “certified” and will receive a Travel Agent Specialist certificate and logo which may be used to market themselves as a USVI specialist. TravPRO Mobile also provides agents with an abbreviated print version of the online course that can be used as a quick reference.
