Easy Planning for

Travel Agents

We realize the importance of providing support to all of our travel agent partners.

In an effort to provide travel agents with the tools they need to sell the United States Virgin Islands, the Department of Tourism has relaunched our Travel Agent Specialist Program with Travel Agent University.

The five-part online program provides a comprehensive view of the unique vacation experiences in St. Croix, St. John and St. Thomas, in addition to covering accommodations, activities and attractions, dining, entertainment, shopping and special events available in the U.S. Virgin Islands. The training university will also focus on special interests including meetings and incentives, diving, weddings, honeymoons and cruises.

Upon completion of the training program, agents become USVI “certified” and will receive a Travel Specialist certificate and logo which may be used to market themselves as a “USVI Specialist”. Travel Agent University also provides agents with an abbreviated printed version of the online course that can be used as a quick reference.

As an added incentive, specialists receive booking rewards, priority invitations to in-market events and the opportunity to be featured as the agent of the month in the USVI bi-monthly newsletter.

To enroll in this program please log on to www.usvirginislandsspecialist.com.
