Sun Country Airlines Expands Service to the U.S. Virgin Islands
St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands (May 30, 2025)—Following the recent Cape Air announcement enhancing inter-Caribbean connectivity, the U.S. Virgin Islands Department of Tourism is pleased to share that Sun Country Airlines will increase its seasonal service from Minneapolis–St. Paul International Airport (MSP) to Cyril E. King Airport (STT) in St. Thomas. The route will expand from one to two flights weekly for the Winter and Spring 2026 travel season.
This expanded service will operate on Saturday and Sunday from December 13, 2025, to April 12, 2026, offering greater accessibility for Midwestern travelers seeking sun-soaked, passport-free vacations in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
