Built in 2025, the four-bedroom, four-bathroom house is laid out as three separate suites and sleeps up to 12 - book the whole house and nobody else is on the property. Sweeping views of Green Cay, Buck Island and the Caribbean Sea, terraces on multiple levels, a covered outdoor kitchen with bar and fire pit, and an infinity-edge soaking pool.
