Mama Maisa’s Pepper Sauce is crafted from a 10th-generation family recipe. Originating on the island of St. Lucia and perfected on the vibrant island of St. Croix, our bold, all-natural sauces trace their roots back over 100 years to Papa “Joy,” the original pepper sauce maker in our family.
Inspired by the vibrant flavors, rich traditions, and cultural heritage of the U.S. Virgin Islands, each bottle is made with care and Caribbean soul. We blend fiery scotch bonnet peppers and aromatic curry, smoky peri-peri with sweet and tangy tamarind, and crisp jalapeño, poblano, serrano, and fragrant cilantro—elevated by a secret medley of island spices.
