Change Policy: Reservations can be changed without any additional fees; however, if your new reservation is rescheduled outside of the sale dates and during peak travel dates, you will be responsible for the difference in cost. No-Show Policy: Reservations that no show will be charged a one-night penalty per stay reservation. 2025 Kids Two and Under Stay and Eat Free Policy: Kids 2 and under stay and eat free for each paying adult when an all-inclusive plan is purchased at a participating Divi Resorts location. There is a limit of one child for each adult in the room based on double occupancy. Additional children will incur the applicable child pricing. This promotion ends on December 19, 2025. Non-Refundable Rate Policy: By booking our non-refundable rates or packages, you acknowledge and accept that your booking is 100% NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of confirming your reservation; 100% of the total stay value is due at the time of booking; reservation is NON-TRANSFERABLE. A reservation modification may be done up to 30 days prior to arrival; however, you will be responsible to pay the rate difference at the time of the change.
