USVI chefs will show off their cooking skills during Kallaloo Festival 2025. Everyone makes kallaloo differently, using their own tried-and-true flavor combinations for this classic Caribbean stew that can include okra, seafood, pork and a mix of seasonings. Held at the Emancipation Garden in downtown Charlotte Amalie, this family-friendly event will feature live music by the Awesome Jam Band plus sets by DJ Shilo and DJ Yowdy.
