Celebrate all things coconut — from food to crafts — during the 1oth annual Crucian Coconut Festival, hosted by St. Croix Farmers in Action. The weekend that showcases the versatility of the coconut kicks off with a gathering on Friday evening. The festival itself opens on Saturday at the Bethlehem Sugar Factory Site with live entertainment, fun activities and coconut demonstrations.
