The most-attended racing event of the year, which features the elite Governor’s Cup, is a long-standing St. Thomas Carnival tradition. The Governor’s Cup is the territory’s largest inter-island race, with bragging rights belonging to the island each horse represents, turning the track into a true Caribbean showdown.
